Our Dynamic Success Reinforcement Meetings
Provide You With Real Encouragement & Validation

Admitting the force of these contentions, nevertheless, the custom of meeting together in public assembly for the consideration of the most serious, the most exalted topics of human interest is too vitally precious to be lost. — Felix Adler

Success Reinforcement Meeting Format

Hello, my name is ___________________ and I am a Professional Coach with Mastering the
Light. Welcome to our Success Reinforcement Meeting. We are a group of proactive and likeminded
people who come together expecting positive results. Through cooperative actions,
participants bring a powerful and enthusiastic commitment to personal change that truly
works. Our Professional Coaches keep the meeting focused on predetermined topics. In this
regard, meetings are especially productive.

We wish to make a positive difference in our lives and in the lives others. The famous sage Lao
Tzu may have said it best — The well‐run group is not a battlefield of egos. Participants
regularly offer each other encouragement and validation. No one likes the sting of critisism,
whether it is intended or not. To avoid this, we refrain from back and forth conversations and
from addressing each other directly. Instead, we speak to the particular issue being put
forward. We share our personal experience rather than our opinions. We work daily to remain
open and willing to change, through learning to use power rightly.

The effects of some of our old beliefs do not go away immediately. As a group, and as
individuals, we use prayer, meditation, and self‐examination to focus the potential of new
beliefs to achieve positive changes. We do these three because they form a power that is greater
than the sum of their parts. They bring us into clarity, peace of mind, and eventually to the state of bliss
that occurs when we come into harmony with the Universe. We work to maintain a direct
connection to a Higher Power of each member’s choosing.

Reassurance and validation are potent tools and the freedom to express both positive and
negative feelings can be affirming. This exchange of information and experience is a valuable
element. Retaining new information often requires the reinforcement of repetition. Listening to others
presents us with the opportunity to learn new coping skills and develop higher levels of tolerance, so
necessary to peace of mind and real power. The best way to maintain a new behavior is to teach it
to others through our power of example. Group members benefit from enhanced self‐esteem
as these abilities improve. As we begin to change our beliefs we gain a new perspective and
grow stronger emotionally.

Do we have any visitors here for the first time who would like to introduce themselves and tell
us where they are from? Visitors are always welcome and those who are supposed to stay
always do.

To help ourselves be present for all the good that will come from this meeting, we will meditate
for five minutes. Please close your eyes. (Coach plays the 5 Minute Refresher Meditation)
